A Google Calendar Integration
No more back-and-forth scheduling emails.
Meetings can be scheduled from a Meeting Step within an Accord—pre-populated with agendas and guest lists (templated at the Playbook level). A link back to the Accord is also automatically embedded into the meeting invite, making it easy for buyers to find and jump back into a deal’s workspace.
To set this up: Admins configure the Google Workspace integration in Settings > Integrations, then sellers can create calendar events directly from any Meeting Step in their Accords. See full instructions here.
An Accord CMS Update: Pages
We’ve just added Pages to Accord CMS! Pages can be used to organize and centralize information helpful to your team.
At Accord, for example, we use Pages for product enablement. Each new feature we launch has its own Page with information like how the feature works, positioning and messaging guidelines, competitive intelligence, pricing details and links to marketing assets (also stored in the CMS).
Pages are now available to all customers who have access to Accord CMS. Learn more.
A Refresher on Execution Criteria & Scoring

Make it easier for your team to follow your proven sales methodology (MEDDPICC, SPICED, or custom frameworks).
Set execution criteria at the workspace level, enforce them through Playbook steps, and automatically score adherence (from 0-100) as reps work deals. No more forgotten qualification steps or double data entry—methodology becomes the natural workflow path.
Plus, link execution criteria to CRM opportunity stages as exit criteria—deals can't advance without proper methodology execution. All the details are here.
Best Practices for Accord Intelligence
Accord Intelligence is now turned on for every Accord workspace!
What it does: Automates account research based on your ICP, drafts executive summaries in seconds using your approved messaging, and creates CFO-proof business cases with one click. All content uses your actual positioning and value props, not generic AI responses.
How to set it up: Fill out the Playbook Context section in each playbook with your company info, value propositions, and brand voice. We've put together a best practices guide to help you get the most out of it. Get the guide.
