The idea for Accord was born from seeing the challenges revenue orgs were facing when trying to operationalize a B2B sales process.
When Accord was founded, there was no system or platform built for rigorous deal execution, even if the ideal customer journey was figured out. Accord is still the only platform that changes the way your team sells—enforcing CFO-proof business cases, multi-threading, mutual action plans and all the things your top reps do naturally.
Accord was co-founded in early 2020 by Ross Rich, Ryan Rich and Wayne Pan. Ross was one of the first salespeople at Stripe back in 2015, while Ryan was an early sales hire at Google Cloud, and Wayne an exec at LinkedIn.
