Accord Agents turn your value-selling methodology into automatic execution. They take on the time-consuming work between calls, so your team spends more time in front of buyers.

TL;DR: Accord Agents are now available. They take on the work between customer calls, and are grounded in your methodology and live deal data so every action reflects how your team actually sells. Each agent works proactively in the flow of work and meets the same execution standards as your best reps.
For the past five years, Accord has been building the execution layer for value-selling. We've helped organizations take the strategy locked away in methodology documentation, training, and enablement and turn it into playbooks that make winning behaviors unavoidable.
Today, that mission takes a big leap forward with Accord Agents. They take on the time-consuming work between calls, so your team can run more accounts to the same high standard and spend more time in front of buyers.
If you're skeptical about yet another AI tool, see Accord Agents in action for yourself:
Right now, every revenue leader is talking about the same thing: AI and agentic workflows. New features are landing across the stack, and teams are building their own workflows with tools like Claude Code and MCP.
Ask revenue leaders how they are actually using AI and you will hear a dozen answers. Lots of pilots. Plenty of clever in-house builds that quietly became someone's second job. And very few who can point to better win rates, shorter deal cycles, or a real lift in their GTM efforts.
We believe a few things have been missing, and that's why we built Accord Agents.
Three Things set Accord Agents apart from your typical AI tool:
For AI to be effective in the GTM stack, it has to understand how your team sells. That means your methodology, the mechanics behind every deal, and a connected picture of how a deal evolves, from the CRM all the way through your live customer conversations.
You train your reps on value-selling and complex methodologies. Why should that disappear the moment AI enters the picture? Without that grounding, AI defaults to generic output: next steps that miss deal-specific context and execution that varies rep by rep.

The first version of Accord connected your systems, put your playbook into the flow of work, and synced everything back to the CRM. That was ten times better than your methodology being buried in slide decks and spreadsheets. Accord Agents take it further.
An Accord playbook began as a template. Today it’s a prompt. It carries your methodology, your positioning, the criteria for a successful deal, and the full context of a rep working a live deal. For the first time, AI can act on all of it.
Accord Agents also draw on several other context sources, so their actions deliver real value:
Meeting Intelligence brings meeting transcript data from tools like Gong and Zoom into Accord Intelligence as a continuous, structured input, grounding agent actions and deal insights in what is actually being said in customer conversations.
Methodology Training expands the sources Accord Intelligence can learn from beyond your playbooks. Teams can now upload methodology documentation, including slides, docs, and training materials, as additional context for the intelligence engine.
MCP Client Coming soon. In addition to providing an MCP server, Accord will act as an MCP client, extending your agents with context from a wide range of third-party tools and data sources.

Accord Agents are available to use today, with dozens more on the way.. If you have ever thought about automating a part of your sales process, chances are we have too. Here is a sample of what your agents will be up to on their first day on the job.
Before each customer meeting, Meeting Prep builds a personalized brief with the full context of the deal and what needs to happen next to move it forward. It also drafts a customer email to go alongside it, so the follow-through is ready before the conversation starts. Instead of piecing together notes from the last call, the CRM, and the deal room, your reps get a clear starting point and can spend their prep time on strategy.
When you open a new Accord linked to a Salesforce or HubSpot deal, the agent drafts an org chart from the deal's existing CRM contacts and suggests new stakeholders using Apollo. As the deal evolves, it analyzes your meeting transcripts to identify new stakeholders and automatically syncs them to your CRM, ensuring your relationship map never goes stale.. It also attaches notes and sentiment to each stakeholder, giving your reps the full picture of who is involved and how to approach the next engagement.
Next Best Actions reads the meeting transcripts linked to an Accord and drafts suggested next steps for your mutual action plan. It also points your reps to resources already on the Accord that are worth sharing based on what came up, like surfacing the security overview the moment a buyer asks for it. Your reps review each suggestion and accept the ones that fit, so nothing lands in the plan without a thumbs up.
Smart CRM Sync reads the full context of a deal in Accord and drafts your CRM updates, each one carrying a rationale grounded in real conversations and deal activity. The proposals show up for review inside Accord and in a digest email, with the current value shown next to the proposed one. Your reps deselect anything they don’t want, and apply the rest in a single batch. Because the agent understands how your team talks about deals, through frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Command of the Message, the proposals read the way your reps actually write them.
Value-selling works, but that doesn’t eliminate the hard work required to actually execute it. Accord Agents take methodology-driven work off your reps' plates, handling the tasks that pull them away from buyers. With Accord Agents, your team can manage more accounts to the same high standard and spend more of their time having the conversations that move deals forward. Starting June 25, Accord Agents are now available, with dozens more rolling out in the weeks ahead.
