We're excited to announce a new integration with Consensus, the leading agentic Product Experience Platform. Together, we're closing the gap between how buyers actually evaluate products and how sellers execute deals, giving revenue teams a single workflow that turns real buyer engagement into guided, methodology-driven action.

Why Accord x Consensus

B2B buying has changed. Buyers no longer wait for a rep to walk them through a product, they often explore on their own, share what they find with colleagues, and form opinions long before a seller ever gets on a call. Meanwhile, sales teams are expected to run a consistent, repeatable methodology across deals that are more complex and more stakeholder-driven than ever.

At Accord, we've built our platform around a simple belief: winning behaviors shouldn't depend on rep intuition or memory. They should be built into the flow of work through playbooks, mutual action plans, and AI agents that handle the busywork so reps can focus on the deal itself. But even the best-executed playbook is only as good as the information feeding it. Reps need to know what's actually happening with the buyer, who's engaged, what they care about, and where momentum is building in order to know which play to run next.

That's where Consensus comes in. Consensus interactive DemoBoards and Demolytics, can now be embedded directly in Accord.

By bringing these two platforms together, we're helping revenue teams see what buyers are doing and act on it immediately, without leaving their workspace.

What This Means for Revenue Teams

Bringing buyer engagement intelligence directly into Accord's guided workflows changes how teams operate day to day. A few of the outcomes we expect teams to see:

  • Sharper multi-threading. Instead of guessing who else at an account might be involved, reps can see exactly which stakeholders are engaging with a DemoBoard and prioritize outreach accordingly.
  • More consistent methodology adoption. Frameworks like MEDDPICC and value-selling only work if they're followed consistently. Surfacing real buyer signals inside the Accord workspace makes it easier for reps to know when and how to apply the playbook, rather than relying on memory or instinct.
  • Better-prioritized follow-up. When account momentum and content engagement are visible in real time, reps can focus their energy on the deals and stakeholders that are actually moving, instead of splitting attention evenly across a pipeline.
  • Improved forecast confidence. Deal stage and rep sentiment have always been imperfect forecasting inputs. Grounding forecasts in observable buyer behavior gives revenue leaders a clearer, more defensible picture of what's likely to close.
  • Less manual coordination. Launching a DemoBoard from within an Accord workspace, and having engagement data flow back automatically, removes a layer of manual tracking and toggling between tools that used to fall on reps.

Customers using Consensus have reported larger deal sizes, faster sales cycles, and stronger stakeholder engagement. Accord customers have seen improved methodology adoption, stronger forecast accuracy, and a 40% increase in average deal size. Bringing the two together is designed to compound those gains: better buyer visibility feeding more consistent execution, and more consistent execution making better use of that visibility.

How the Integration Works

The integration is built to fit naturally into workflows revenue teams already use, rather than asking reps to adopt something new on top of their existing process.

  1. Launch a DemoBoard from an active opportunity. Reps can create and send a personalized Consensus DemoBoard directly from within their Accord workspace, tied to the specific deal it supports.
  2. Let buyers explore on their own time. Stakeholders engage with the DemoBoard at their own pace, across their organization, without needing to schedule a call first.
  3. Engagement insights surface automatically. As buyers interact with the content, Consensus surfaces stakeholder participation, content engagement, product interests, and account-level momentum directly inside the Accord workspace.
  4. Let the playbook respond to the signal. With engagement data visible alongside the deal's mutual action plan and methodology checkpoints, reps can decide what to do next. Who to loop in, what objection to address, what content to send, all grounded in what buyers are actually doing rather than assumptions.
  5. Keep the deal moving with AI-assisted execution. Accord's AI Agents can take on the follow-up tasks and administrative work that engagement signals point to, so reps can spend their time on the conversations that matter most.

What's Next

This launch is the first phase of a deeper partnership between Accord and Consensus. In future phases, we plan to:

  • Surface Demolytics insights directly within Accord Intelligence, so engagement data informs deal scoring and coaching, not just workspace visibility.
  • Trigger playbook actions automatically based on buyer engagement behavior, so the right next step is suggested the moment a signal appears.
  • Automate next-best actions using a combination of buyer intent and methodology stage.
  • Enhance forecasting through engagement-driven deal scoring, giving revenue leaders a forecast grounded in observable behavior rather than rep judgment alone.

The goal across all of these phases is the same: make it easier for revenue teams to see what buyers are telling them and act on it with precision, using a methodology that scales across every rep and every deal.
