Introducing Dashboard View: One View to Prioritize, Act, and Execute

Dashboard View eliminates execution blind spots by pulling every action item into a single prioritized view of what's due, what's at risk, and what needs attention.

TL;DR: Dashboard View gives every Accord user a consolidated, filterable view of their action items across the deals they own or support. No more toggling between individual Accords to piece together your day. Overdue tasks, today's priorities, and upcoming deadlines all surface in a central, actionable dashboard.

Complex deals aren't won when a single person does their job well. They close when an entire team executes in sync.

Your Sales Engineer prepared a perfect proof of concept, exactly when it was needed to push the deal forward. Your manager spotted a missed step during contract negotiations, unblocking the deal before it slipped. Your CSM swooped in with the perfect setup and handoff, setting your customer up for success and, more importantly, a renewal down the road.

That's what coordinated execution looks like when it works. The problem is keeping it working across every deal, every week.

Cross-deal functions like SEs and CSMs are key players in a successful sales methodology. Yet when they're tagged across 15 or 20 deals they don't own, due dates and next steps are easy to miss. Without a comprehensive view of daily commitments, you only discover you're behind when a rep escalates or when a customer-facing deadline passes.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. It's the most common challenge we hear from teams managing their piece of the puzzle across complex multi-stakeholder deals, with no consolidated way to see the full picture of what they owe, to whom, and by when.

That's why we're excited to introduce Dashboard View, now available for all Accord users.

What We Built

Dashboard View adds a new tab in the main Accord navigation that eliminates execution blind spots by pulling every action from every contributor into a single prioritized view of what's due, what's at risk, and what needs attention.

Rather than tracking individual steps inside separate Accords, supporting teams can see all their action items  and execute from one place.

The result: fewer missed handoffs, less time spent prepping for pipeline reviews, and earlier visibility into execution risk before a missed step stalls a deal.

When you open Dashboard View, you'll see all tasks across your active Accords, starting with the most urgent items at the top. Overdue, due-today, and due within 7 days). From there, you can:

Filter to isolate your steps, or anyone else's. Slice by point person, playbook type, Accord name, step owner, step assignee, and more. Whether you're an SE looking at your technical deliverables or a manager reviewing a specific rep's pipeline, filters let you get to your specific view in seconds.

Complete tasks without leaving the dashboard. Mark steps as done directly from the list. A confirmation notification appears, and you're on to the next item.

Get the details without the detour. Need more context on a specific step? Click the step name to open the detailed slide-out inline. Need the full deal view? Click the Accord name and jump directly into that deal, right to the step you were looking at.

Who is Dashboard View For?

We built Dashboard View for everyone on the revenue team, but cross-functional contributors who support deals across the organization will feel the biggest impact. Here are some of the ways we see it changing your daily workflow.

SEs and CSMs: See everything you owe, across every deal you support. When you're tagged across dozens of deals you don't own, commitments pile up and become easy to lose track of. A technical validation due Tuesday, a handoff prep due Thursday, a briefing next week, all buried inside separate Accords. Dashboard View surfaces every obligation in one prioritized list so you can plan your week, spot conflicts early, and protect your bandwidth before anything falls through.

Sales Leaders: Walk into every pipeline review with a clear coaching agenda. Assessing pipeline health typically means relying on subjective rep updates or manually opening individual Accords deal by deal. By the time you've pieced together a picture, it's already outdated. Dashboard View lets you filter by every member of your team to see overdue steps and execution gaps across your pipeline, so your reviews start with specifics and end with action.

Frontline Reps: One prioritized to-do list for your entire book of business. Carrying a large pipeline means jumping in and out of individual Accords to figure out what needs attention. Dashboard View replaces that with a single view of current and future priorities. Filter to your own, or prospect-owned tasks to see where follow-ups are needed, then knock them out without leaving the dashboard.

From Deal-Level Execution to Pipeline-Wide Visibility

Accord has always helped revenue teams execute with consistency. Playbooks, mutual action plans, stakeholder mapping, and business cases all live inside the workspace where deals actually happen.

Dashboard View extends that rigor across your entire pipeline. Rather than tracking individual steps inside separate Accords, every contributor gets a consolidated view of their action items across every deal they support. The result is a more efficient workflow, and earlier visibility into execution risk before a missed step stalls a deal.

When every contributor can see what they owe across every deal, coordinated execution stops being the exception and starts being the standard.
