What's new at Accord | July 2025 edition

Accord CMS, the Anti Content Graveyard

We didn't just build a repository for your calculators and battle cards. Our new CMS embeds resources directly into Accords. Deal moved to the discovery call step? Relevant case studies and testimonials are at your rep's fingertips. Get all the details.

Organize and View Accords by Internal Teams

Teams is a new organizational feature. Create hierarchical team structures in Accord that match your real org structure. Teams can be used to filter Accords, helping you quickly hone in on pipeline being worked by the Enterprise team versus the Mid-market team.

Stay in Sync with Salesforce Custom Objects

Display and update your Salesforce custom object data in Accord. Track implementation timelines or filter your pipeline by technical requirements—whatever specialized data you store in custom objects can now be used in your Accord workspace.

Get the Power of AI Without Leaving Accord

Accord Intelligence directly embeds AI into your Accord workflows. Craft tailored business cases and value-based account plans without needing to switch to third-party tools like ChatGPT. Learn more here, and reach out to your CSM if you want Accord Intelligence turned on for your workspace.

A New Way to Chat with Customers

No more digging through email threads or Slack messages. Our new Discussions feature keeps all customer communications organized within an Accord, with full deal context readily available. Navigate to any Accord and click on the new Discussion tab to start chatting.

Summary Pages Just Got More Engaging

Comments can now be added to summary pages for real-time feedback. Plus, multiple Summary pages can be created within a single Accord to organize info for different stakeholders or goals, and resources (like slide decks, videos) can be embedded to add even more context to your business cases.

Small But Mighty Updates

➡️ Internal Process Steps. A new internal-only step type that enables your reps to review and update CRM data from an Accord more easily—great for enforcing CRM data hygiene for every deal.

👀 Updates to your Accord Views

• Admins can now delete, rename, and create shareable views across your organization. To create a shareable view, click the + next to your existing views, name it, and check "Shareable with [Your Org] members".
• Execution Score is now a filter you can use to hone in on Accords based on performance and process adherence.
• Views now have resizable, and drag-and-droppable columns! 

📑 Content Improvements

• You can now upload custom preview images for resources and folders within your Resource Library.
• We now support Vimeo! Your Vimeo videos can be embedded into summary pages.
